Transaction Security
All information related to your personal data and transactions is secure and confidential. The security of Harbora’s online store is achieved through the following methods::
Customer Identification
The codes used to identify you are two: the Login Code (email or username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which each time you enter them, provide you with secure access to your personal information.
You have the ability to change your Personal Secret Security Code (password) and your email address as often as you wish. You are the only one with access to your information through these codes, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of these codes from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, you must notify us immediately; otherwise, the Company is not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, we recommend changing your password regularly and avoiding easily traceable codes (e.g., birthdates). Additionally, we suggest using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols to create a password.
Ensuring the Confidentiality of Personal Data Transfer
To ensure the confidentiality of data transfer, we use the SSL-128bit encryption protocol.
Automatic Disconnection
If there is no activity for 20 minutes, the system will automatically disconnect from the member area of the harbora.gr online store.
Controlled Access (Firewall)
Access to harbora.gr systems (servers) is controlled by a firewall, which allows the use of specific services by customers/users while preventing access to systems and databases containing confidential information and company data.
Encryption
The harbora.gr website decrypts the information it receives using the same key (predetermined when you connect to the service) and then processes it. The harbora.gr systems send information following the same encryption process.
Wherever personal data is entered on the site (passwords, addresses, telephone numbers, credit cards, etc.), SSL 128-bit encryption is applied.
All card payments are processed through the “Nexi XPay” electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is essentially a way of encoding information until it reaches its designated recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key. Upon placing an order and once the user/customer has logged into the harbora.gr online store with their username and personal password, all communication between your computer and the harbora.gr systems is encrypted using a 128-bit key. Each time you send information to the system, your browser first encrypts it using a 128-bit key and then sends it to the system.
The harbora.gr system first decrypts the information it receives using the same key (predetermined when you connect to the service) and then processes it. The harbora.gr systems send information following the same encryption process.

All information transmitted by the user/member to the website is confidential, and the Company has taken all necessary measures to use them only to the extent deemed necessary in the context of the services provided. Some of the measures taken include:
- Only authorized employees have access to your transaction information, and only, when necessary, e.g., to process your requests.
- The Company does not disclose customer and transaction details unless authorized in writing by you or required by a court decision or other public authority ruling.
- In cases where the Company uses third parties to support its systems, it ensures confidentiality is maintained.
